Sitting on the banks of the Goulburn. My lady by my side. Bogie asleep at my feet. Fishing rods made up and ready. The sun warms my soul. I follow the birds flight through the trees into the sky and onwards into the realms of imaginations fantasies. It does not get much better then this.
I have spent the morning preparing my talk for Rotary on next Monday night, one practise run. It lasts for about fifteen minutes, and is mainly on the writing of 'The Kiss '. Its very cathartic in some ways, going right back to 2004 when it all began. How the world has changed; not many E Books then, now there is more E Books then traditional books.
In 1955 where 'The Kiss' is set there are nine million people in Australia now there are twenty five million. Change certainly is the stuff of life.
Any way Bogie and my lady Maureen think the talk is OK, need some more practise though.
