Attended a function last week at Braemar House at Mount
Macedon. This is a magnificent all wood grand Victorian House with a huge
dining room ball room. As you aproach the house it imposes itself onto you and
impresses with its presence. Louis Boldini an Italian immigrant was the
architect and it was built in 1890-1990.
It reminded me that beauty always has its rewards no matter
the art form no matter the age, no matter if it is natural or man-made. It is
worth making things of beauty whether it be in writing or relationships-they
last.
Braemar House is part of Braemar College.
