Arts Festival Writers Expo

of September Mechanics Institute

Macedon Ranges Shire Council
A Writers Expo is being held as part of the Kyneton Daffodil
and Arts Festival. The Expo will take the form of writers, poets, editors, book
people talking and engaging festival attendees and each other in the art and
craft of writing, and the publishing and production of books. Individual
writers/editors/publishers will give interactive talks on their writing or activities
at one hourly intervals.

The Expo will be held on Saturday the 8th of
September starting at 10am, finishing at 5pm. The venue is the magnificent
newly restored Mechanics Institute, Mollison Street Kyneton which is located in
the middle of Kyneton next to the Bowling Club.

The Writers Expo will be a new addition to one of the oldest
running festivals in Victoria (40years) it will add another dimension to
exciting events which run from the 30th of August to the 9th
