Long Live The King! Long Live The Queen!

Diary of a King-Day 14

In 1995 the queen and I started a Youth Art Award (For Rotary)it is still going on under the banner of Rotary under Graham Scarlets stewardship. We visited it last night as part of the Opening of the Daffodil Festival it is amazing how events like this can take you back in time to what happened , what was and what if! That is what this did for me a trip back in time.
This morning we went to Our Lady of the Rosary School and the kids loved their knight hoods and being made Dames. The certificates are a great success.
This afternoon we go to gardens, businesses and other places of interest and tonight it is One Act Plays and the Antique Fair. It's fun visiting and being a part of something worthwhile.

Yesterday the Queen visited Probus and had a wow of a time. This was a club I started in 1997 it was unfortunate I could not be there they have over a hundred members and do great things.

Long Live The King!    Long Live The Queen!
